Based on the GWR wooden ship-lap built store room at Helston

PLEASE NOTE:

This is an extremely fine, detailed high quality kit and is designed for builders with a modicum of similar kit-building experience.

Precision laser-cut from a mixture of MDF and Laserboard. The kit includes all unpainted parts to make the full building as shown, including ship-lap detailed, door, windows, barge boards, self-adhesive slates, ridge and flashing. You will need guttering, downpipes, glue and paints to complete the model. The footprint of the building is approx 138mm x 49mm. The model has extra-deep ‘foundations’ as the original building was sited on the platform. The walls can be easily cut down if you wish to site the building at ground level.

The model is built to accurate 7mm/ft scale and is suitable for 0 Gauge and Scaleseven.
