Precision laser cut from a mixture of MDF and Laserboard. The kit includes all unpainted parts to make the full external building as shown, including signage and the gents urinal. The kit includes fully detailed walls, brickwork, doors, windows, glazing, slates, chimneys and pots, ridge tiles, flashing, fancy barge boards and finials. You will need guttering of your choice to complete.

The building footprint is 250mm x 90mm. The gents footprint is 110mm x 55mm.

Not to be confused with cheaper laser cut kits. This is highly detailed and accurate and will make up into a stunning model, with care. It is aimed at the competent model maker.
