This is an extremely fine, detailed high quality kit and is designed for builders with a modicum of similar kit-building experience.

Precision laser-cut from a mixture of MDF, Laserboard and 3D prints. The kit includes all unpainted parts to make the full external building as shown, including brick and stone detailed walls, windows, chimney stacks, doors, windows and canopy. You will need guttering, glue and paints to complete the model. The footprint of the building is approx 90mm x 275mm not including the canopy.

The model is built to accurate 7mm/ft scale and is suitable for 0 Gauge and Scaleseven.
