This is an extremely fine, detailed high quality kit and is designed for builders with a modicum of similar kit-building experience.

Precision laser-cut from a mixture of MDF and Laserboard. The kit includes all unpainted parts to make the full building as shown, including brick and stone detailed walls, windows, chimney stack, doors, windows, self-adhesive slates, ridge tiles and flashing. Also included are internal window frames and stone detailed walls. You will need guttering, downpipes, front door hinges, glue and paints to complete the model. The footprint of the main building is approx 145mm x 305mm, with the additional lean-to approx 75mm x 90mm.

An ash-inspection kit is available separately.

The model is built to accurate 7mm/ft scale and is suitable for 0 Gauge and Scaleseven.
