This is an extremely fine, detailed high quality kit and is designed for builders with a modicum of similar kit-building experience.

Precision laser-cut from a mixture of MDF and Laserboard. The kit includes all unpainted parts to make the full building as shown, including brick detailed walls, windows, doors, self-adhesive slates and ridge tiles. Also included are internal window frames and planked walls. The roof can be made to be remivable. You will need guttering, downpipes, glue and paints to complete the model. The footprint of the main building is approx 100mm x 138mm, including the staircase. Full instructions are available as a download from the ‘Downloads’ section of this website.

All parts are unpainted.

The model is built to accurate 7mm/ft scale and is suitable for 0 Gauge and Scaleseven.
