This is an extremely fine, detailed high quality kit and is designed for builders with a modicum of similar kit-building experience.

Precision laser-cut from a mixture of MDF and Laserboard. The kit includes all unpainted parts to make the full building as shown, including walls, windows, door, self-adhesive slates, ridge tiles and finials. You will need guttering, downpipes, glue and paints to complete the model. (Sign not included). The footprint of the building is approx 53mm x 53.

All parts are unpainted.

The model is built to accurate 7mm/ft scale and is suitable for 0 Gauge and Scaleseven.
