The detailed brick face is laser engraved in 2mm MDF with the correct English Bond, with 4 separate detail brick strips of headers in 0.6mm Laserboard. The stone edging strip is precision machined from solid maple and is a very hard, close-grained wood that takes paint well. The Maple strip is laser machined every 21mm with partial cuts, meaning the strip can be bent to a curved track profile. The minimum radius is 6’ (1800mm). Ramps are formed by simply cutting the brick face to the required angle before adding the detail strips and stone edging. All of the materials used are sufficiently flexible, easily cut, yet rigid when assembled. Individual lengths of the brick face are toothed so that continuous lengths can be joined almost invisibly. Each pack contains the brick face, 4 detail strips and stone edging strip and makes up a length of approx 380mm. You will need to add wood blocks (or similar) to the rear to provide support, along with your platform surface to choice. Discounts available on request for multiple quantities.
