This is a highly detailed kit of a row of Victorian/Edwardian terrace houses, built in their thousands up and down the country, in villages, towns and cities.

Aimed at the serious modeller with a modicum of modelling experience, the kit contains all laser cut and 3D printed parts to build the complete model as shown in the pictures, with the exception of guttering. You will also need glue and paints to complete the model.

Please note this model is intended to be viewed from the front and sides. The rear of the building is not modelled but a blanking piece of MDF is provided.

Multiple kits can be fitted together to make a longer row of houses with slight modifications.

The footprint of this model is approx 300mm x 120mm.

The model is built to accurate 7mm/ft scale and is suitable for O Gauge and Scaleseven.

All parts are unpainted.
